Burns Management is a full-service real estate asset and property management firm located in Albany, NY. The 20+ apartment communities managed by Burns Management offer a mix of high-end luxury and comfortable affordability. Throughout the Capital Region they offer several unique opportunities to renters such as eco-friendly living initiatives, ‘smart’ apartment apps, and resident perks programs.

Brawn Media has worked with Burns Management since 2012 handling all their marketing needs. In 2019, we built a new, award-winning website that includes full integration with their property management software, allowing for users to see real time availability and pricing for each apartment community and apply for an apartment right online. Through our SEO work we have had incredible success ranking for highly competitive keywords and competing with the ILS sites online.

In 2020, we researched and tested an industry leading platform on the website that engages, nurtures, and converts leads through automation. Based on its initial success, the product was rolled out to 12 additional properties the following year and has resulted in significant time savings for their onsite teams.

In 2022, we again successfully helped Burns Management with cost savings and efficiency by creating a strategic media plan that allowed them to reduce their dependence on expensive ILS services.
